Easy Request Bookings for our VIP's

Cancellation Policy

Deposits on all appointments are non-refundable. We totally get it! Things come up; time is valuable. However, we schedule our lives around these bookings, so please be respectful of our time. Canceling last minute hurts our business by not allowing other clients to book. All deposits are non refundable. Under 48 hours 100% of the booked service fee will be charged. 48 hr Reschedule fee-$15.00 must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. We are no longer making exceptions for COVID. *If we are unsuccessful in obtaining the fees, your account will have a balance that will need to be paid before being able to book future appointments.
